while 47.7%of residents do sports with their friends.
What dominates the remaining part is exercising with their families and group members,
taking up 23.9%and 15.8%.

What may account for this phenomenon?
In my view,there are mainly two reasons that take the lead.
Exercising and bodybuilding have become increasingly popular
due to improved living standards and media publicity,
making it an essential part of daily life.
In addition,exercising nowadays is far from an individual activity only for one's health.
Instead,it plays a vital role in maintaining
one's social connection and meeting one's social needs,
which helps to explain why plenty of individuals
are more willing to exercise with their friends
After considering all these factors,
we can conclude that the tendency above
will sustain for some time in the foreseeable future.
We should prioritize the enhancement of sports facilities
and the promotion of values such as teamwork and sportsmanship.
