In this competitive and fast-changing world,
the impacts of computers have been brought into attentive public concern.
Some say mastering computers has become the need of the time,
and the necessary qualities of qualified talents today,
while others argue that using computers may have negative impacts on youngsters.
As far as I am concerned,I agree with the former view,
but what should be further emphasized is that
we are supposed to use the computer in a proper way.
In our daily work,we would inevitably confront some complicated tasks
which are either quite time-consuming or cannot be done otherwise.
What matters much is that we should learn to use those high-tech devices,
such as calculators,mobile phones or computers,
to help us improve our work efficiency,making them serve as helpers.
However,if we are too much obsessed with it,
the resulting consequence would probably be that it will have many adverse effects on us.
For example,if children are addicted to computer games,
they will be more likely to be self-centered and even violent.
Accordingly,it is imperative for everyone of us to use computers reasonably.
And it is suggested that parents should institute some rules for children.
Only in this way can we make best use of them.
