1. We can't accept any other terms of payment.
2. Our Draft No.15 was dishonored.
3. The draft was dis counted in Tokyo.
4. We enclose a cheque for RMB 14,000.
5. We always require L/C for our exports.
6. Please open a letter of credit in time.
7. Your L/C No.65 is short of $200.
8. This letter of credit expires on the 30th of June.
9. There will be bank changes for opening a L/C.
10. Please amend L/C No.116 as follows.
11. In order to avoid amendments, it is better to open the credit
in strict accordance with the stipulations of our contract.
12. Since it takes time to open the L/C while the goods under this order
are urgently required to meet the season,
may we suggest that you draw on us at sight through your bank.
13. Since this is a rather substantial order
and the machine is to be manufactured to your own specifications,
we can only accept your order on sight L/C basis.
14. There is no difficulty for you to establish a confirmed, irrevocable L/C in our favor
to cover your present orders,
so that we may expect to receive the money on a definite date.
15. We regret to have to decline your request for D/P terms.
Payment by L/C is our usual method of financing trade in these traditional goods.
