I am me,never the substitute nor to be substituted for.I am important.
But I can only whisper to myself,daring not to exclaim,as we have been so used to
belittling ourselves.
"I am deserving." I repeated,only a bit louder,and every word made my heart pound.I am
important.
I finally said it out loud to the whole world,and I heard myself echoed by the mountains
and rivers and seas from afar.
Yes,I am important.And every one of us should be brave enough to say this.Humble as
we might be,we are not insignificant/unimportant,none of us.
Being important does not necessarily mean being great.Recognizing our own importance is
a commitment to our own life.
