People have different views about living areas. Certain people like to
live in the country area while some decide to stay in the city center.
Each place offers its benefits and drawbacks, and the following essay
will discuss them in detail.
On the one hand, individuals would rather live in the city center since
they believe many benefits are dwelling in the region. It's a fact that the
city provides various kinds of facilities, including shopping malls, universities,
cinemas, hospitals, and restaurants, so it wouldn't be problematic for the city's
residents to find education centers, meals, or entertainments. Cities offer more job
opportunities because most of the companies and industries are situated there.
Apart from that, there are individual facilities in town areas like entertainment parks,
big shopping malls, better schools, etc. But living in town has a few opposing
sides also. The common drawbacks are that the city’s crime and air pollution
rates are commonly higher than the rural location. Therefore some
people choose to go out of the city center.
On the flip side, some people believe that the best place to reside is in the
rural region. As a result, their life expectancy is more than those who live in
cities or towns. Several people revealed that the quality of education in these
regions is left behind, while others feel that it is hard for them to develop
their professions. Therefore they opt to move to large cities.
In summary, living in the city or the countryside has its own positive and
negative sides, depending on each individual’s preference. I choose to live
in the city area to enhance my career and intend to live in the countryside once I retire.
