Nowadays, organizations are pushed by executives and innovative ideas,
which impart the impetus to the growth of a corporation. In the domain
of revolutionary ideas, while many believe that only the more significant
direction and also the people with profuse experience in the business
should brain drain and envisage new ideas for the evolution of the
business, others, however, corroborate a strong case by claiming that
thoughts do not count on the domain knowledge and year of experience
and hence, even freshers or Advisors with a couple of years of work
experience ought to be involved from the decision-making procedure
of a company. Both sides of the argument will be critiqued from the
viability of the essay, and an opinion will be produced.

In conclusion, though senior worker's decision will surely bring on stable notions,

overriding role in the growth of a company and subsequently a nation.
